Cafeteria is a long standing gem located on the corner of 17th Street and 7th Ave. Since opening in 1998, it is known to be a staple restaurant for all to visit.
Cafeteria is located off the 1train's18th street subway station. It is known for its delish eats, socialite setting ambiance and 24 hour availability. Cafeteria has been a long standing gem in the Chelsea neighborhood and because of that during prime times you must prepare yourself for the wait. We prefer to go off hours like during the week, after work or early on the weekends.

During the Summer of 2014, our favorite bad gal, Rhianna was spotted dining at Cafeteria. This was the moment that Cafeteria became a not so hidden gem. This restaurant was soon on everyone's list to dine and sip.

Overall, we recommend Cafeteria as a place to gather and enjoy great food. We believe to enhance your experience try not to go during peak hours. Even with reservations there could be a long wait. One of our most fond memories is visiting Cafeteria during overnight hour because even with their limited menu it is still a fun time!
