BKLYN Prime is a local eatery that is located in Flatbush Brooklyn. This place is a low key chill spot that you can dress up or dress down but you will still have a good time. As a neighborhood local, I was happy to see BKLYN Prime open and as I have been here for dinner but this was our first time at brunch.

We went an hour into opening and it was not crowded. We were greeted promptly and seated. The waitress was amazing and gave excellent food recommendations. One thing to note - is that all their brunch is a standard $30 dollars per person because they offer 2 hours of unlimited flavored mimosas. If you don't want a drink, I would call in advance before you go to visit. The food was amazing. More details to come.

During brunch, they were not playing music which I was not opposed too. I have been here for dinner once and it the music was actually too loud and acted more like a distraction. This is a local spot so there is no such thing as under dressing.

We ordered the steak, eggs and breakfast potatoes and the Prime chicken sandwich that came with fries. All the food was fully seasoned and did not disappoint at all. In the last picture below, you will see that the unlimited mimosas come with a flavor and a beverage craft. You can switch the flavor once the beverage is all gone. If I remember correctly, it was about 3 drinks in on beverage craft.

Overall, I recommend this place to go, chill and have a drink. I really like to support because they conduct their own community events. On their Facebook page, you can follow them to see upcoming events.
